Couple Reports Voter Fraud in Chelmsford, Massachusetts

A Massachusetts couple reportedly received a notification from Chelmsford officials that someone they didn't know had registered to vote at their home address.

The Sentinel & Enterprise says the couple, who was not identified, reported the notification to the Chelmsford's town clerk; the registration was wiped from the town's voter rolls by Oct. 20.

The applicant, whose name on the registration was reportedly listed as Emanule F. Costez Jr. with a former name of Rodrigo J. Hernandez Jr., has been summoned by the town's Board of Registrars for a hearing on Thursday, according to the report.
