    Crews Respond to Drowning Incident in Bolton, Vt.

    The Vermont State Police and Colchester Technical Rescue have recovered the body of a teenager following a drowning incident in Bolton on Saturday afternoon.

    The body was identified as Padam Tiwari, 18, of Winooski, Vermont. The drowning occurred in the Winooski River, near a suspended footbridge off Duxbury Road.

    Tiwari was fishing with family during the time of the incident. Emergency crews were on site for most of the afternoon.

    Duxbury Road was reduced to one lane of traffic for three hours as crews worked on scene.
