    Customers Challenged to Eat at 4 Black-Owned Boston Restaurants in February

    During Black History Month, a Massachusetts lawmaker and an advocacy group are urging diners to visit black-owned restaurants.

    "Join State Rep. Chynah Tyler and Urban Affairs Group for the Boston Black Restaurant Challenge," read a statement on the website for a monthlong event. "We are challenging everyone to visit 4 Black Owned Restaurants during the month of February."

    The challenge kicked off Feb. 1 at Roxbury's Suya Joint, one of the dozens of participating restaurants in Boston.

    Patrons are being asked to share their photos and videos on the challenge's Facebook page.
