Deadline for Massachusetts Residents to Register to Vote

Eligible voters must be a United States citizen and at least 18 years old on November 8, Election Day

It's the last day for Massachusetts residents to register to vote in the presidential election. 

Eligible voters must be a United States citizen and at least 18 years old on November 8, Election Day. 

In Massachusetts, eligible voters can register online, by mail, in person at local city or town election offices or at the Elections Division of the Secretary of the Commonwealth's office. 

Wednesday is the registration deadline. 

Besides the presidential race, the election includes several congressional and legislative races. 

Voter will also decide four statewide ballot questions, including initiatives that would allow more charter schools, legalize the recreational use of marijuana, allow another slots parlor, and ban the sale of eggs and other food products that come from farms where animals are confined to overly restrictive cages.
