    Domino's Reaches Out to Papa Gino's Workers Who Lost Jobs

    A closed Papa Gino's pizza restaurant location in Massachusetts on Nov. 4, 2018. The company announced it had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy the next day.

    Workers in the Providence, Rhode Island area who lost their jobs when Papa Gino's closed dozens of pizza parlors may not be out of work long.

    Domino's is hiring.

    Nearly 20 Domino's stores in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts have announced they are looking for about 200 employees and they hope those displaced by the Papa Gino's closings will apply.

    Domino's in a release says it encouraging former Papa Gino's workers to apply for jobs as customer service representatives, delivery persons and managers.

    The company that owns Papa Gino's and D'Angelo sandwich shops announced last week it was closing almost 100 stores as it reorganized.
