Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump offered his thoughts Wednesday on the NFL's handling of Tom Brady's suspension and appeal.
Speaking on Boston Herald Radio, he called the NFL's handling of the situation "shocking.
"It's a disgrace," Trump said. "It's as bad or worse than Ray Rice."
If he were the NFL commissioner, Trump said the whole ordeal would've been dealt with much more quickly, instead of dragging out for months. He said he told Brady, who he considers a good friend, to sue the NFL a long time ago.
