    Woman Faces OUI Charges After Crashing Into House

    Police say 28-year-old Lindsay Fornaciari, of Cranston, RI, drove her car 125 feet off the road and into a home on Providence Street shortly after 2 a.m.

    A female driver is facing drunk driving charges after allegedly crashing her car into a home in Rehoboth, Massachusetts, early Sunday morning. 

    Police say 28-year-old Lindsay Fornaciari, of Cranston, Rhode Island, drove her car 125 feet off the road and into a home on Providence Street shortly after 2 a.m.

    According to police, the car struck the house only a few feet from where one of the residents was sleeping. No one in the home was injured.  

    Fornaciari was taken to a nearby hospital for minor injuries.

    She is facing multiple charges and will be arraigned at Taunton District Court. It's unclear if she has an attorney.
