Driver Clocked Going 115 MPH Charged With OUI

A breath alcohol test determined that Kristen Aubin was over three times over the legal limit

A New Hampshire woman was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence after police caught her driving 115 mph in a 65 mph zone over the weekend.

Police said Kristen Aubin, 36, of Manchester, displayed obvious signs of impairment after they pulled over her 2004 Nissan on Interstate 93 south in Bow around 11:40 p.m. on Saturday. She later submitted to a breathalyzer test that determined that she was over three times the legal limit.

A male passenger in the vehicle - Logan Nadeau, 21, of Concord - also displayed signs of being under the influence during the motor vehicle stop and was taken into protective custody and transported to state police Troop D with Aubin.

Once at Troop D, police said Nadeau's behavior continued to be erratic and confrontational, and he refused to comply with instructions given to him. He was ultimately charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstruction of government administration.
