Firefighters in Massachusetts helped a pre-teen get back on the ground after she was trapped 30 feet in the air during a ropes confidence course on Monday.

Duxbury fire officials say they responded to Crossroads for Kids' Camp Wing on Myrtle Street just before noon, where they found a 12-year-old girl hanging from her ankles in the middle of a ropes confidence course.

Firefighters quickly worked to lower the girl to the ground for safety.

She was taken to South Shore Hospital as a precaution.
