Police in Holyoke, Massachusetts, have identified the city's second homicide victim of the year.
Police say 30-year-old Luis Guillermo Burgos was shot once in the back in front of Chestnut Street on Easter Sunday.
Burgos was taken to a hospital, where he died.
Officials say Burgos was seen arguing with a man just before the shooting.
They say a suspect was seen running from the scene, but have yet to make any arrests.
