Police in Holyoke, Massachusetts, have identified the city's second homicide victim of the year

Police in Holyoke, Massachusetts, have identified the city's second homicide victim of the year.

Police say 30-year-old Luis Guillermo Burgos was shot once in the back in front of Chestnut Street on Easter Sunday.

Burgos was taken to a hospital, where he died.

Officials say Burgos was seen arguing with a man just before the shooting.

They say a suspect was seen running from the scene, but have yet to make any arrests.
