    Electrical Issue Causes Fire on Tracks of MBTA Red Line

    A fire on the tracks delayed the Red Line of the MBTA Wednesday night.

    Fire officials confirm an electrical issue caused the fire, which was reported around 11 p.m. at Andrews Square Station.

    No injuries were reported.

    The MBTA said shuttle buses were replacing trains between Park Street and Ashmont. Delays were expected.
