FBI Searching for ‘Armed and Dangerous' Gang Member

The FBI’s North Shore Gang Task Force is seeking public assistance in finding an alleged leader of the Young Bloods, a violent street gang operating around Lynn, Massachusetts.

Steve C. Touch is considered armed and extremely dangerous, according to authorities.

Touch was one of three men indicted by a grand jury in Middlesex County on June 15 for his involvement in a fatal July 2012 home invasion in Billerica. He is charged with first degree murder, home invasion, attempt to commit robbery and two counts of conspiracy. Warrants were issued for his arrest on Jan. 10 and May 22.

The other two suspects, Sophan Keo, 29, of Beverly, and Gabriel Arias, 24, of Lynn, are in custody. Keo was arraigned Friday and ordered held without bail, and Arias is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday. Two other men were previously convicted of murder and a third awaits trial in connection with the incident.

Touch is also known as "Kevin Touch," "Fat Boy," and "C Sick." His last known residence was on Empire Street in Lynn.

Touch, 28, is approximately 5’7” in height and weighs around 220 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a goatee.

He has various tattoos scattered along his right upper arm, his neck, and both of his forearms. Detailed pictures of his tattoos can be seen here.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to Touch’s arrest.
