Authorities say the Dudley crash, which is now fatal, remains under investigation

A 22-year-old Massachusetts man has died from his injuries suffered in a crash, according to police.

Dudley police say Quinn A. Paul of Southbridge died later on Sunday after he was taken to UMass Hospital in Worcester via a medical helicopter.

The other man injured in the crash, identified as 68-year-old Woodstock, Connecticut, resident John Waleski, is in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital, police said.

Authorities responded to the two car head-on crash on Southbridge Road in Dudley just after 9 a.m. on Sunday.

Police say Paul, who was driving a 2006 Ford Fusion, was driving northbound at the time while Waleski was driving his 2010 Nissan Rouge southbound at the time of the crash.

No charges have been filed at this time, according to the Worcester district attorney's office.

The fatal crash remains under investigation.
