Funeral Set for Teen Killed in Crash in Milford, Mass.

The funeral for a Milford, Massachusetts, teenager killed in a crash Sunday night will be held Saturday.

Jackie Gray, 19, was a freshman at Quinnipiac University, on the dean's list and a cheerleader for the hockey team.

Six teenagers, including Gray's brother, had just left JJs Ice Cream Shoppe in Upton before the crash.

They were on their way to the Milford fireworks, when the driver tells police she was having problems controlling the car and they crashed.

Everyone survived with minor injuries except Gray.

Her funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m. from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home at 44 Congress St. in Milford.

It will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30pm in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 19 Winter St., Milford. 

Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Milford. Visiting hours will be Friday, July 8 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
