Hamden police are looking for a man dressed like a ninja who robbed cash from a Hamden bank, police said.
Police responded to People's Bank on 3496 Whitney Avenue after receiving reports of a bank robbery.
A man dressed in a "ninja-type outfit" came in the front door of the bank and stole an unknown amount of cash from the cash drawer at the service desk, police said.
He was last seen running northbound on the Farmington Canal Trail, police said.
The bank robber may have gotten into a vehicle described to police as a Honda that was parked at a Whitney Avenue business, police said.
The vehicle in question was seen speeding toward Todd Street.
