A Rhode Island man federal authorities say is a full member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club has pleaded guilty to drug and gun charges.
Federal prosecutors say 54-year-old Douglas Leedham pleaded guilty Tuesday to trafficking methamphetamine and cocaine and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
He faces up to 40 years in prison at sentencing on July 29.
Leedham was arrested in February after a court-authorized search of his North Providence home found about 39 grams of methamphetamine, 19 grams of cocaine, two handguns, a 12-gauge shotgun, body armor, dozens of knives and hatchets, brass knuckles, and material used in the packaging and distribution of drugs.
Because he had been convicted of carrying a firearm without a license in 2013, he was not allowed to own guns.
