    Girl Kayaks Through Winter Storm Slush

    Travel was difficult during Thursday's winter storm, but some found other means of transportation. (Published Friday, Jan. 5, 2018)

    The first major snowstorm to hit New England in 2018 left behind more than a foot of snow in some areas, coastal flooding and a blast of bitter temperatures.
