A man has been held on $10,000 bail after being charged with assault with intent to rape for an incident in Boston's North End.
Thirty-six-year-old Wagner Nieto of Fall River, Massachusetts, was arrested Saturday night after a woman reported being grabbed early that morning in the area of Tileston and Wiggin Streets.
The woman said that the suspect walked up behind her. When she turned, she says, they had a brief conversation before he assaulted her.
Wagner is due back in court Nov. 13.
