A 19-year-old jogger was hospitalized with serious injuries after she was hit by a car in Boston’s Back Bay.
According to state police, the 63-year-old driver struck the jogger at Charlesgate East and Commonwealth Avenue around 9:30 p.m.
According to witness statements, the driver had a green light at the time of the crash.
Though serious, the jogger’s injuries are not life-threatening.
Police say there are no charges at this point.
The incident remains under investigation.
