Jury Indicts 3 Men in Slaying of Informant

Eighteen-year-old Quade Kadle of Jefferson and 21-year-old Nicholas Skidmore, of Littleton, face accomplice to first-degree murder

A New Hampshire jury has indicted three men on charges in the shooting death of a confidential informant.

The Caledonian Record reports that the Grafton Superior Court jury's indictments charging 21-year-old Damion Yeargle, of Littleton, with murder and conspiracy to commit murder were released Wednesday.

Eighteen-year-old Quade Kadle of Jefferson and 21-year-old Nicholas Skidmore, of Littleton, face accomplice to first-degree murder.

Authorities say Yeargle shot 22-year-old Robert Pierog with a .22-caliber rifle outside of his home in May. Prosecutors say Yeargle, Kadle and Skidmore plotted Pierog's killing, buying rubber gloves and bandanas before arriving at Pierog's Littleton apartment.

Prosecutors say the fact that Pierog was an informant was apparently well known in the area.

Yeargle's lawyers unsuccessfully sought a bail hearing.
