Jury selection has started in the case of a Vermont man accused of killing his wife in New Hampshire on the day she filed for divorce.
James Robarge has been held without bail on first- and second-degree murder charges in the June 2013 death of Kelly Robarge. He's pleaded not guilty.
Kelly Robarge's decomposed and animal-ravaged body was found in a remote area of Unity used by all-terrain vehicles. The 44-year-old James Robarge was arrested in Vermont after a separate incident in which police said he led them on a high-speed chase after fleeing from a traffic stop.
Sullivan County Superior Court Judge Brian Tucker said the trial will start no earlier than next week and probably last until the middle of February.
