Vermont State Police have rescued a hiker who was reported as missing Monday night.
Police received a call at 6:43 p.m. that Lyndon Mann, of Royalton, was overdue after going skiing.
Mann’s vehicle was found in the parking lot of Pico Mountain along with some of his equipment in a lodge.
After an extensive search officials found Mann Tuesday morning at 4:31.
He was skiing alone out of bounds on the west side of the mountain.
Mann was not injured and was able to walk out with assistance of rescue personnel.
