A trespasser was fatally struck by an outbound MBTA Commuter Rail train in Norfolk, Massachusetts Friday morning.
The incident happened around 10:25 a.m. at the Norfolk commuter rail station on the Franklin Line, according to the MBTA.
The victim is a 21-year-old woman who has not been identified. It is not clear when exactly she died.
The incident caused delays along the Franklin to South Station commuter rail line.
Foul play is not suspected in her death.
The incident remains under investigation by Transit Police and the Norfolk County district attorney's office.
