Maine Gov. LePage Considering Senate Run?

During a speech in Orono Tuesday night, LePage spoke out against King.

Maine Governor Paul LePage says he is considering running against Independent Sen. Angus King, accusing King of using his previous position of governor to increase personal wealth.

According to necn affiliate WCSH, during a speech in Orono Tuesday night, LePage spoke out against King.

LePage told Maine Public Broadcasting Network that more Mainers are encouraging his to run again King in 2018.

He also told MPBN, “He ripped us off by $104 million during his eight years as governor — he ripped us off, royally, and I can’t wait until 2018 because I’m thinking that’s the guy I’m going after."
