A 39-year-old Cape Elizabeth, Maine, man is dead after falling from a second-story balcony at his home.
WCSH reports that police say the 39-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
His name has not been released.
Cape Elizabeth Police Chief Neil Williams said that family members weren't home and that no one witnessed the Saturday afternoon fall.
The man lived on Tiger Lily Lane. Police have not released additional details.
