    Police in Presque Isle, Maine are searching for missing brothers Joel Strother II, 12, and Carter Strother III, 10.

    Authorities in Maine are seeking the public’s help in locating two missing boys who police say were taken out of the state against their will.

    Police in Presque Isle are searching 12-year-old Joel Strother II and his 10-year-old brother Carter Strother III, who are believed to be in North or South Carolina. Officials think the children may be with the following people:

    • Joel Strother
    • Kimberly McLeod AKA Kimberly Strother
    • Christopher McLeod
    • Matthew McLeod

    Joel Strother II Is described as having brown hair and green eyes, weighs approximately 90 pounds and stands at 5 feet tall.

    Authorities said Carter Strother III has brown hair and brown eyes, weighs about 100 pounds and is 4 feet 6 inches tall.
