Officials say a 50-year-old man was rescued after he fell 25 feet from a brick wall in Providence, Rhode Island.
The Providence Journal reports the man was found Wednesday near Aleppo Street.
Deputy Assistant Fire Chief Joseph Desmarais says the man had been lying on the ground until children at a nearby playground heard him moaning.
He was taken to Rhode Island Hospital with unknown injuries. Desmarais says he was "in pretty bad shape."
His identity is not yet known.
