A Burlington man is being accused of smuggling hundreds of thousands of dollars from his friend's estate, police said.
Pedro O. Aguero, 74, turned himself into the Glastonbury Police Department on Thursday after an arrest warrent was issued for him charging him with larceny.
In May 2015, Aguero was the executor of a family friend's estate, according to police. Aguero is being accused of embezzling several hundreds of thousands of dollars to his company is South America.
Aguero was schedule to appear in court on Thursday.
It is not clear if he has an attorney.
