Vermont State Police have arrested a Bennington man accused of sexually assaulting his 18-year-old daughter from a young age.
Police received a report of the alleged abuse and met with the victim, who said her father Warren Lake, abused her as early as 5-years-old.
Lake was arrested at his home Wednesday.
He has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. He was later released on condition.
Lake is due in court Thursday.
