Man Arrested and Charged in Deadly 2012 Billerica Home Invasion

A man was arrested Tuesday and charged in a 2012 home invasion in Massachusetts.

State police captured 28-year-old Steven Touch in Lynn, where they say he was found hiding in a drawer built into a bed frame in an Empire Street home.

Touch was allegedly one of three men involved in the murder of 22-year-old Quintin Koehler in Billerica on July 7, 2012. Sophan Keo and Gabriel Arias were previously charged in the case.

All three men were indicted last summer. At that point, the FBI's North Shore Gang Task Force announced it was searching for Touch, an alleged leader of the Young Bloods, a violent street gang operating around Lynn. They said he was considered armed and extremely dangerous.

"He was an amazing person. He was an amazing guy," Vangela Mendez said of Koehler after his death. "He was great, and now he's gone."

Touch is expected to be arraigned in Middlesex Superior Court. State police say this will likely happen Wednesday.
