A man was arrested in Warwick, Rhode Island, after a police officer found him drunk driving in the parking lot of the police station.
Richard Fisher, 41, was arrested for driving under the influence after failing multiple sobriety tests.
According to police, Fisher's blood alcohol content was nearly five times the legal limit.
