MBTA Transit Police have arrested a man accused of taking photos up a female passenger's skirt and possessing child pornography.
Mark Barry, 51, of Everett, Massachusetts, was arrested Friday following the alleged incident around 11 a.m. on a Route 109 bus.
Police said his phone had several photos of "upskirting" incident as well as child pornography.
He was charged with for Possession of Child Pornography and Secretly Video Taping and was ordered to be held on $100,000 bail.
Barry was represented by Christopher Donahue, and is due back in court on Aug. 31.
