A second man has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a Biddeford, Maine, man in March of 2013.
According to Maine State Police, 20-year-old John Lopez was arrested Tuesday in Old Orchard Beach. He was taken to York County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday morning.
The victim, Charles Raybine, was fatally shot while sitting in his car outside of the Parish Place Apartments on March 26, 2013. In June of that year, 25-year-old Bub Peter Nquany was arrested and charged with murder. His trial is scheduled to begin in June.
State police say the shooting was drug related.
