Police in South Portland, Maine, have arrested a suspect in two Massachusetts bank robberies.
Twenty-five-year-old Michael Vangpa of Lowell is accused of armed robberies of a Bank of America on Dec. 13 and a TD Bank on Dec. 14.
Both of those robberies took place in Lowell.
Vangpa was arrested as a fugitive from justice. Authorities found cash and marijuana before taking him to the Cumberland County Jail.
Officials plan to extradite Vangpa to Massachusetts.
