Police in Manchester, New Hampshire, have arrested a Massachusetts man on heroin charges.
According to police, the suspect was driving to Manchester from Lawrence, Massachusetts, to sell heroin in a pre-arranged deal.
The suspect, 50-year-old Jorge Claudio, was located in the area of Maple and Harvard Streets. Claudio was found to be in possession of 318.5 grams of heroin, which is valued at approximately $31,850. He is charged with possession with intent to distribute.
Claudio is set to appear in court Thursday.
