A Mansfield, Massachusetts, man is being held on $2,500 cash bail on animal cruelty charges.
David Aristide was arrested on Sept. 9.
Three adult dogs and four puppies were located inside a residence at 21 East St., Unit 3D. Authorities had learned that the dogs had not been cared for within 48 hours.
All of the dogs have been taken to local shelters, where they will be examined by a veterinarian, and cared for.
Aristide has also been ordered to stay away from animals while this case is pending.
