Man Charged With Drunk Driving in Motorcyclist's Death

New Hampshire man is facing a felony driving under the influence charge after police say he struck and fatally injured a motorcyclist.

Police say 27-year-old Romivel Cruz of Nashua was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated in connection with the Sunday night accident.

The victim was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Authorities say Cruz is being held on $50,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Nashua District Court.

The charge is punishable by up to seven years in jail.

It was not immediately known whether Cruz has a lawyer.
