A Massachusetts man has been charged with murder in connection with the Jan. 1 killing of another man in Fall River.
Jeffrey Souza, 24, who is already being held on illegal firearms charges connected to the homicide, will be arraigned for the murder charge on Tuesday.
The death of 28-year-old Kyle Brady remains under investigation.
Souza was arrested without incident on Saturday by police in Newport, Rhode Island.
