Man Pleads Not Guilty to Groping Woman at Fenway Park

A Haverhill man who has been charged with indecently assaulting a female elevator attendant at Fenway Park pleaded not guilty on Monday.

According to the Boston Herald, Boston police spokesman Sgt. John T. Boyle identified the man as Brandon Noyes, 29, of Haverhill, Massachusetts.

Noyes reportedly groped the female attendant, saying to her, "It's my birthday."

The accuser was assigned to the Gate D elevator at Fenway for Sunday's win over the New York Mets, the Herald reported.

A 31-year-old friend who was with Noyes when the incident occurred allegedly told a police officer that they were both "drunk and that his friend (Noyes) did grab or touch the victim's breast," the report says.

Noyes appeared in Roxbury District Court on Monday and pleaded not guilty to indecent assault and battery.

The judge banned the truck driver from the ballpark, the Herald reported.

If convicted, Noyes could face up to five years in state prison.
