A 46-year-old Hudson man was killed in an industrial incident at Emerson Hospital in Concord, Massachusetts on Wednesday morning.
The Middlesex District Attorney's Office said preliminary investigation shows that the man died around 11:30 a.m. while working in a crawl space on the hospital's boiler system.
The death is not considered suspicious, the district attorney's office said. The case has been referred to the chief medical examiner's office to determine the cause of death.
The investigation is being conducted by state police assigned to the district attorney's office, Concord Police and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
