A judge has denied a New Hampshire man's request to set aside his first-degree murder conviction and grant him a new trial in a 2014 stabbing death.
Tristan Wolusky, of Rochester, who is serving a life sentence, was convicted in 2015 of killing 18-year-old Aaron Wilkinson during a robbery in Madbury. Wilkinson's body was left on the side of a road in Lebanon, Maine.
Attorneys representing Wolusky argued that two witnesses who reached plea agreements with prosecutors and are serving lower sentences lied on the stand during the trial.
The judge said Tuesday that Wolusky has failed to prove his claims.
