Man Seriously Hurt in Crash

Police say 35-year-old Christopher Doran lost control on I-295 and crashed into trees in Brunswick, Maine.

A man was seriously injured in a crash Thursday morning in Brunswick, Maine, officials confirmed.

According to police, 35-year-old Christopher Doran lost control of his car around 7:45 a.m. and crashed into some trees off of I-295 by Exit 28.

Police believe he overcorrected while taking the exit.

Doran was transported to Maine Medical Center. He suffered head injuries.

Crews spent about three hours clearing the crash site. The exit was closed during that time, but the highway remained open to traffic.
