    Man Seriously Injured, Airlifted After Crash

    A 22-year-old man had to be airlifted after suffering life-threatening injuries in a crash in Newfields, New Hampshire.

    Joshua Bruckner's 2006 Subaru Baja slid off Route 85 near the Exeter line and hit a utility pole.

    Bruckner, an Exeter resident, had to be extricated from the car. He was taken by MedFlight to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

    The patient's injuries are serious, but authorities didn't have any other information about his condition.

    Police say speed may have been a factor, but the crash remains under investigation.
