Police say a man was arguing with his ex-girlfriend when another man arrived and stabbed him in the chest early Saturday morning in Derry, New Hampshire.
Thirty-year-old Jason Jovell was allegedly in a domestic dispute with the woman at an Rockingham Road apartment when a man, who has not been identified, appeared and attacked him with a knife.
The attacker fled before police arrived, according to investigators.
Jovell was transported to Parkland Medical Center, but police did not have word on his condition.
No one else is believed to have been injured.
