A man and a woman were arrested Wednesday on heroin charges in Presque Isle, Maine.
Authorities say they searched the home of 37-year-old Katie Ramus, who was on probation for an unrelated charge. Thirty-one-year-old Noberto Colon of Brockton, Massachusetts, who was out on bail, was at the home.
About $5,000 worth of heroin was found in the house and Colon's car, according to police.
Colon is charged with trafficking heroin and violating the conditions of his release. Ramus was charged with heroin possession and a violation of her probation.
