Authorities announced Saturday that a man wanted in Massachusetts for violent crimes has been arrested in Michigan.
According to Provincetown police, Darren Patrick Devine, 27, was taken into custody by police in Michigan. He had been wanted since March 15.
Devine is facing charges for assault and battery of a police officer, breaking and entering and destruction of property.
Police warned the community that Devine was dangerous and mentally unstable with a long violent criminal history in Massachusetts with 91 priors.
It is unclear if Devine has an attorney.
