A 34-year-old New Hampshire man has pleaded guilty to federal charges of conspiracy to distribute heroin and fentanyl and one count of money laundering.
Zakee Stuart-Holt entered the pleas Thursday in Concord federal court after reaching an agreement with prosecutors.
Police executed a search warrant at an apartment occupied by Stuart-Holt that turned up 1.8 kilograms of fentanyl and $198,000 in drug proceeds. Approximately $560,000 was also seized from a safe deposit box in Stuart-Holt's name.
Prosecutors say Stuart-Holt had been selling drugs in the Manchester area since at least July 2014.
Stuart-Holt will be sentenced to serve 17 ½ years in federal prison as stipulated by his plea agreement in November.
