A man accused of threatening to bomb a healthcare service is scheduled for arraignment Thursday, according to the Manchester Police Department.
Police arrested 46-year-old Robert Thomsen at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on an active warrant for felonious criminal threatening. The suspect allegedly threatened to bomb the Elliot Health Systems building, authorities said.
Thomsen was taken into custody without incident. He is expected to appear at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-North. It is unclear if he has an attorney.
