    State Trooper Involved in Crash With Bicyclist in Wareham, Massachusetts

    A state trooper traveling in an unmarked vehicle was involved in a crash with a bicyclist Tuesday, June 26, 2018 in Wareham.

    A Massachusetts State Police trooper was involved in a crash with a bicyclist Tuesday in Wareham.

    The trooper was traveling on the Cranberry Highway in an unmarked patrol vehicle around 8:30 a.m. when the crash occurred, a state police spokesman said.

    The bicyclist was taken to Tobey Hospital with what police described as minor injuries.

    Details on what caused the crash were not immediately clear. The accident remains under investigation.
