The town of Westminster, Massachusetts, has postponed its trick-or-treating hours due to concerns about Eastern equine encephalitis, according to the Boston Globe.
The newspaper said trick or treat has been rescheduled from Friday night to Saturday during the day, and the annual town bonfire has been cancelled. Town officials were concerned about the risk EEE posed to residents.
